I have been working with Liza for a year now both at the group level and more recently through private sessions.  Liza has an undying passion and energy for the practice of yoga that is infectious.  She is committed to her students as well as her own growth as a yoga practitioner.  Her depth of knowledge and desire to continuously share that knowledge with others is refreshing.  I am stronger, healthier and more aware of my emotional connections and distractions because of Liza.  Working with her has made me a better person.  Liza breathes encouragement!
